A disabled motodop got snagged by a reckless driver on Monday in Kandal’s Ang Snuol district.

The 45-year-old driver, whose leg has been paralysed since birth, was left unconscious and bleeding with a broken leg after an accident with a car speeding from a gas station.

The driver abandoned the vehicle in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district after a police chase. The victim is in the hospital and police are still searching for the suspect. NOKORWAT
