Two capital construction workers with a taste for illegal narcotics were caught out at a traffic stop on June 18.
Police pulled the pair over for not wearing their helmets, but a body search revealed that while they’d left their helmets at home, the construction workers had brought a small bag of meth with them.
Both workers confessed to their wrongdoing but insisted the meth was for their own personal consumption.
