Down on his luck, a 23-year-old Russey Keo district man turned on his friend yesterday.

The student, having thrown all of his money away on cards, took matters into his own hands, borrowing a bike from his 19-year-old classmate.

The suspect demanded $800 in return for the bike. But instead of a fistful of cash, the suspect was met by the long arm of the law after the victim called in the police. KOH SANTEPHEAP
