Another young motorist plowed into three barricades while driving along Sihanouk Boulevard in Phnom Penh on Friday.

The 20-year-old woman driver maintained that she was not intoxicated and that the barricades were very hard to see in the darkness.

The front end of her car, along with the barricades, was destroyed in the collision.

The woman was able to leave the car on her own before her family arrived to push it off the street.

Traffic police have since impounded the vehicle.
