Drunk driver’s dumb luck nearly runs out

Some people genuinely believe they can perform various tasks better after a few drinks, even driving.

But if evidence were needed that this is nonsense, it was provided by a man in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet town who drove home after one too many on Monday and forgot to lock his car.

The vehicle was pinched by three opportunistic thieves while he was having a kip indoors. Police later arrested the deviant trio as they were driving the stolen car.
