Drunk as skunk general arrested after accident

The evidence wasn’t the only thing that was staggering when a drunk one-star Military Police general was arrested after ploughing his car into the divider on the capital’s Stung Meanchey flyover on Tuesday night.

Patrolmen on the scene found the totalled Land Cruiser’s interior littered with empty beer cans, and administered a breathalyser test, which the man failed spectacularly. The vehicle and its plastered pilot were pulled to the police precinct to resolve the predicament.
