A hapless victim was walking down the road in Kampong Cham on Tuesday, when he came face to face with the suspect, who was stumbling home drunk from a party.

Police say the drunk then decided he was being “looked down on”, took offence and stabbed the 36-year-old with a bottle. Watchful neighbours called police to the scene and a quick arrest was made, but the victim is now in hospital with serious injuries. KOH SANTEPHEAP
