Dumb thieves nabbed for snatching smartphone

Two phone snatchers will have to make calls from inside Prey Sar prison after police arrested them near Phnom Penh’s Wat Phnom on Wednesday.

A woman was walking around the landmark temple when the suspects sped by her on a motorbike, one snatching the Samsung phone out of her hand, police said.

Fortunately for her (and unfortunately for them), military police who were patrolling the area at the time saw the crime, and chased after the duo. Both men were arrested, and the phone was returned. NOKORWAT
