Eagle-eyed cops nick Daun Penh meth heads

Two juvenile junkies were busted by Daun Penh district cops on Monday evening.

The pair – aged 14 and 19 – were spotted out and about at a suspiciously late hour by the police, who pulled the pair over for questioning.

Some say you should never judge a book by its cover, but police had no trouble reading the duo: a search revealed a bag of meth they confessed to having just bought and to being on their way to enjoy at a discreet location.
