A Kandal dealer may have thought, “People sell food and drinks in the street, why not drugs?” But Ponhea Leu district police thought differently and arrested him for hawking his product on Wednesday.
Villagers dropped the dime earlier when they saw customers coming and going in the wee hours.
A search of the suspect revealed three small bags of meth, so cops pulled him to the station to face consequences for his bad business decision.
