Ex-cons back in the joint for moto heist

Ex-cons back in the joint for moto heist

A couple of ex-cons were apparently looking to diversify their skill sets by transitioning into stealing motos in Sihanoukville on Tuesday.

Police said the two men – who had been previously jailed for snatching bags and selling drugs, respectively – along with one other suspect were arrested after breaking the lock on a hairdresser’s moto and making off with the ride.

The three were sent to court, but two other accomplices are still on the run, police say.
