Acid attack victim Roem Til, 53, rests at Preah Kossamak Hospital as his daughter wipes his eyes.

A drunken driver, predictably, made a pig’s ear of his ride home in Svay Rieng’s Bavet town on Tuesday, seriously injuring a farmer.

The 35-year-old farmer was transporting food for his hogs when the careless boy racer, 24, careened into the back of his three-wheel ride, sending both the feed and farmer flying from the vehicle.

The victim was sent to Vietnam for emergency treatment and police impounded the two mangled vehicles. NOKORWAT
