Fleet-footed officers ensure moto’s return

A ride home from a night out took a dramatic turn for a group of friends on Wednesday evening in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district.

As the six chums rode back, seven moto-mounted thugs appeared, wielding sticks and rocks.

The victims scattered, with one man abandoning his moto – swiftly stolen by two of the tormentors – and fleeing on foot.

But a police patrol was able to recover the moto and apprehend two of the seven scoundrels responsible for its theft.
