A Kampong Cham man got a little touchy himself after being accidentally touched by another man in town on Saturday.

According to police, the testy fellow, 31, had been approached from behind by another man, who put his hand on his back as he thought he was a friend. It turned out he had made a mistake, but it was too late.

The hothead called his friends and they attacked the victim, leaving him with serious injuries. Two men were arrested but more escaped. Deum Ampil
