High-end moto leads to wrong end of robbery

Being well-equipped for his job almost cost a motodop his life in Kampong Thom’s Prasat Balang district on Saturday night.

According to police, two ruffians scoured the streets looking for a motodop with a late-model moto.

After finally finding one that fit the bill, the two led him to a secluded spot, then produced a knife and attempted to stab him in the throat.

The motodop, however, dodged the blade, jumped off his bike and fled. The offenders sped off, only to be arrested the next day. KOH SANTEPHEAP
