Hospital bandit nabbed following crime spree

There's low and then there’s stealing from bed-ridden hospital patients. That’s what a Kandal man was arrested for on Friday when nabbed by a security at a Tuol Kork district hospital.

Police said he entered the hospital under the pretence of visiting a sick relative. Instead, he began moving room to room looking for sleeping or unconscious patients, then went to work.

When spotted by the guard, he made a break for it, only to be caught with a stolen smartphone shoved down his underwear. KOH SANTEPHEAP
