Idea of ‘good, clean fun’ lost on Prey Veng punks

A group of teenagers have confessed to throwing sticks, stones and a cleaver at nighttime traffic for nothing more than a jolly jape.

In the latest incident, the four threw the bladed instrument at a woman’s car as she drove down a national road in Prey Veng’s Kampong Trabek district on Monday night.

They smashed a window and caused her head injuries. The group, aged from 18 to 20, said that they’d done it multiple times just for fun. KOH SANTEPHEAP
