A motocyclist is in critical condition after a high-speed collision in Banteay Meanchey’s Preah Netr Preah district on Sunday.

The victim, 64, was attempting to turn left after briefly signalling when a car travelling at high speed in the same direction smashed into his motorbike, which was completely destroyed.

Police, who blamed carelessness and high speed for the collision, took the injured man to hospital and the car’s driver to the police station. Rasmei kampuchea
