Innocent chatting leads to enraged chopping

Jealousy incited one man to resort to the samurai sword in Kratie town on Monday, police said.

At a wedding party, the 36-year-old suspect thought a man was flirting with his girlfriend and his emotions flared up, according to police.

The angered lover waited until the next morning to exact his revenge by showing up at the victim’s house and slashing at him with a samurai sword.
