A 21-year-old might have just wanted to play Angry Birds when he nicked an iPhone out of the hands of a young girl at a Meanchey district market on Friday.

The girl’s father made a detailed police report, and on Tuesday the man was spotted. Police arrested him and it turned out his intentions were a little less innocent.
