Jilted john not shooting blanks in capital spat

Police are on the hunt for a drunk and sexually frustrated gunman in Phnom Penh, after a non-fatal shooting in the capital’s Prampi Makara district on Saturday.

The man allegedly approached a lady of the night after a heavy boozing session, only to receive the cold shoulder from her and a guy who stood with her.

Failing to get a response, the drunk man allegedly drew a gun and shot the woman’s companion, injuring his feet. The assailant sped off into the night and his victim was taken to hospital. KOH SANTEPHEAP
