Capital cops buckled down on a few rowdy youths with loose helmets yesterday in Por Sen Chey district.
Spotting the kids driving excessively fast, police tailed them and claimed the youngsters chucked their helmets in retaliation.
After the boys were apprehended they pleaded innocence, saying the lids had fallen off their heads. Cops sent them home after a lecture on properly fastening their riding gear.
