One out of four burglars was arrested early yesterday morning in the capital’s Stung Meanchey commune.

Patrolling police witnessed four men breaking into an apartment – two plundering property from the house compound and two keeping watch outside – and launched an arrest attempt, but were only able to catch up with and nab one.

The lonesome looter has been brought to the police station for questioning and legal action.
