The festive season is a blessing for a drunk motorcyclist who walked away scot-free after crashing into a car in the capital’s Daun Penh district on Wednesday.
Traffic police recommended that the car driver not take action against the motorcyclist, as the vehicles would then have to be impounded over the Pchum Ben holiday.
The cooperative car driver paid heed to the policemen’s advice, and even waived compensation from the rider.
