Local trainwreck derails again, attacks neighbour

A woman refused to keep her drunken anger bottled up, after smashing a wine bottle over a construction worker’s head in Kandal’s Kien Svay district Friday night.

Police say she was partying with a male cohort when a neighbour, 51, came to plead with them to hush up.

But the woman, 35, drunk and furious, allegedly grabbed her wine bottle and attacked the messenger and fled.

The victim was sent to hospital while police are searching for the woman, who has a reputiation for being a rowdy drunk.
