Having a secure seat is the first rule of a motorbike getaway, but it’s one a Phnom Penh suspect neglected after a phone snatching in Daun Penh district yesterday.

Three men on a moped drove up to the victim and snatched a phone. Nearby officers noticed the commotion, however, and pursued the trio until one slipped off the scooter.
