Too drunk to drive, a club-goer wisely pulled over in Phnom Penh’s Sen Sok district on Tuesday night for a quick snooze.

Not so wisely, he failed to lock his door . . . or wake up when the local robbers opened it and relieved him of his iPad, smartphone and some $100 cash.

Waking up in an empty car, and likely nursing a mighty hangover, the man filed a police report, though admitted he could offer no description.
