Men steal necklace, end up in bracelets

A couple more alleged necklace-snatchers were busted in the capital’s Por Sen Chey district on Saturday.

Police said the two men had grabbed a woman’s necklace, causing her to fall from her moto in the process.

Unfortunately for the thieves, they did so right in front of some patrolling cops, who chased them down and arrested them.

The woman was sent to hospital, and the two thieves were sent to court. Koh Santepheap
