Meth-head caught in the act after tip-off

A Vietnamese man’s choice of recreational activities – and substances – landed him in police custody after pushing his neighbour’s patience to its limit.

The 27-year-old was arrested in Kampong Chnnang’s Phsar Chnnang commune on Saturday evening, after his neighbour informed district police of his nefarious activities, namely the sale and use of crystal meth.

Arriving just as the suspect was about to indulge in some drug use, the district police swiftly arrested the man and also confiscated his drug paraphernalia.
