Two bag snatchers couldn’t hit the road fast enough and were nailed yesterday by Military Police in the capital’s Phsar Thmey III commune.

The pair pulled a handbag from their victim and tried to flee the scene. But they were tailed by the officers who caught up and arrested the pocketbook-pinching punks.

They were sent off to be charged at the police station and the bag was returned to its rightful owner.
