Luck ran out for a group of serial moto-thieves on Saturday when two men and a woman were arrested and sent to court in Tbong Khmum province on suspicion of multiple cases of robbery.

Following a complaint filed by a victim, police launched a crackdown on the parties, who had been stealing motos since 2014 and selling them on the market.
