Naughty neighbour nabbed for moto-theft

One man in Kandal province’s Takhmao town is unlikely to be nominated for neighbour of the year after asking to borrow a motorbike from the man living next door to him and promptly selling it.

Police said the 29-year-old suspect was captured while riding another motorbike that was also not his own, after he had allegedly collected just $310 for his 22-year-old neighbour’s ride.

The money was returned and the man was arrested, but the stolen bike is still missing.
