A horrific, yet all too common, accident in the capital’s Por Sen Chey district on Wednesday night left one 28-year-old moto driver fighting for his life.
The man was attempting to overtake a truck laden with sand travelling at high speed when an oncoming taxi hit him square on. Both the taxi and truck sped away from the scene before police arrived.
