In a charged situation in Tuol Kork district, residents apprehended a man attempting to steal several lengths of heavy-duty electrical wire from a local homeowner on Tuesday.

The man and his three accomplices were spotted as they were cutting the cables, sparking a prompt response from bystanders.

While three of the men were able to flee, the fourth wasn’t so lucky and was handed over to police.
