No dodging the law for Kratie Scoopy thief

A 19-year-old was arrested on Monday in Kratie town after initially pilfering a Honda Scoopy scooter four days previously from Kratie’s O’Russey commune.

The man – who no doubt assumed he had gotten away with his dirty deeds – was spotting by eagle-eyed police and taken in for questioning.

The man was reportedly not from Kratie town itself but from Prek Prasap district, and might not find himself an especially welcome guest back in town after his criminal antics.
