Amateur-night antics landed five men in the hospital in Kandal province on Wednesday. Police said the men were riding a tractor home when a speeding car slammed into the vehicle, overturning it.

Rather than stop to help, the driver fled the scene. While police attempted to chase the driver, they were unable to catch up. Cops chalked up the accident to some New Year’s Eve drunkenness. KOH SANTEPHEAP
