Trouble clearly comes in pairs in today’s blotter. A 17-year-old girl in Phnom Penh’s Daun Penh district was mugged on Sunday by two men who threatened her with a knife as she walked from her house to the market.

Nearby police arrested one of the suspects, a 32-year-old man, but were too late for his accomplice, who escaped in the nick of time. Police are currently on the lookout for the escapee. They sent the other man to court. KOH SANTEPHEAP
