Preah Sihanouk province’s boys in blue had no trouble seeing through a slapdash paint job and catching a motorbike thief yesterday.

Getting reports of a stolen red Honda last week, cops eventually tracked down the culprit and the ride, which he hadn’t sold off, but had spray painted white.

Keeping their methods hush-hush, authorities carted the artistic larcenist off to the station and returned the bike to its owner.
