A man rides past houses under construction at a relocation site for villagers affected by the Lower Sesan II dam in Stung Treng province in 2015.
A 21-year-old lady of the night was turned over to police in Phnom Penh’s Russey Keo district on Wednesday night after allegedly making off with more than her fee.
According to police, a motodop had requested the woman’s company, but insisted on a few kisses in the street first.
In the midst of the amorous embrace, the lady allegedly snagged the man’s phone and a wallet containing $90, then took off into the night.
