Perp says his jokester friend was axing for it

A thin-skinned Prey Veng province attacker is still at large after chopping his friend in the head with an axe on Tuesday.

Police say the man and his bud were knocking back cold ones in Pea Reang district when jabs were exchanged.

The suspect then pulled a hatchet and whacked his comrade before running away. Cops came later on to send the maimed mate off to the hospital and start searching for his slasher sidekick.
