A plateless car with a shameless driver left two men injured after ramming their moto in Kandal province’s Kien Svay district yesterday.

Police said the driver of the car had slammed into a motorbike carrying the two victims on National Road 1, leaving the driver badly injured and the passenger slightly hurt.

Seeing the victims lying on the road, witnesses said, the driver sped off, but couldn’t be identified as his car bore no licence plate.
