Plenty of spectators for stadium tuk-tuk thieves

A pair of purse-snatchers spilled their guts to Phnom Penh police after being caught in the act.

The suspects confessed to having run the sinister scam before, telling police that last time they had gotten away with it.

This time they weren’t so lucky as police hunted the men down near Olympic Stadium after watching them grab a bag from the passengers of a tuk-tuk.
