Poipet trio drink beers, try to axe each other

Residents in Banteay Meanchey’s Poipet district got a terrifying “Here’s Johnny” moment on Sunday after two men pulled on axe on their friend.

Police said three men were drinking together when they got into a verbal altercation.

The argument escalated and an axe was used to inflict serious injuries on one of the men.

The suspects attempted to escape but police arrested them and sent the victim to the hospital. RASMEI KAMPUCHEA
