Police bring in trio who beat teenager with belt

Neighbours called on cops in Takeo province to buckle down on an aggressive trio who lashed out at an 18-year-old with their belts on Wednesday.

Bringing authorities into the loop, villagers said they spotted the thugs riding and attacking the teen.

It was a cinch for police as they arrived on the scene and arrested the suspects and hauled them in for questioning before doling out charges.
