Police get four for the price of one moto theft

Sensing a conspiracy, capital cops took down a group of moto thieves two by two after receiving a complaint from a victim on Wednesday.

The report came in about a set of wheels that had gone missing from in front of the victim’s Stung Meanchey commune house and, within 24 hours, cops had two men in the interrogation room.

We don’t know if they used the “good cop, bad cop” technique, but we do know they arrested another two the next day and had the whole squad charged and sent off to court.
