Road rage gets the best of two testy moto drivers

Police have arrested two men who took offence at being overtaken and decided to get revenge. The attack, in Phnom Penh’s Por Sen Chey district on Sunday, was sparked when a pair of riders sped past another two men on motorbikes who were stopped at a traffic light.

According to police, the men, 21 and 27, chased down and attacked the passing riders because they were upset with a noise they had made. Officers caught and arrested the pair, who reportedly confessed. KOH SANTEPHEAP
