Rowdy thief learns that silence is key to escape

A butter-fingered thief was caught even before he could take off with a motorbike he planned to steal in the capital’s Tuol Kork district on Tuesday.

The inept individual had successfully unlocked the front gate of an apartment but struggled with starting the motorbike he had laid his eyes on, causing a ruckus that eventually awoke the owner, who called the district police.

The luckless lout was arrested on the spot.
