Serious injuries in Monday moto crash

Two men were badly hurt on Monday night in a motorbike crash in Phnom Penh’s Russey Keo district. Police said one of the men, a 28-year-old, was speeding when he hit another motorbike heading in the same direction.

That second motorbike then hit another motorbike that was pulling a cart. The two men were seriously injured, while the couple pulling the cart were also hurt.

Police blamed the accident on irresponsible driving. KAMPUCHEA THMEY
