A Preah Sihanouk drug dealer found he should’ve been just a bit more surreptitious after local authorities caught on to him.
Police stopped the dealer, 43, while he was delivering a package of ya ma on Wednesday. The suspect confessed that he had been dealing for a year but refused to rat out his source, his customers or other dealers. DEUM AMPIL
