A sidelining shoeshine arrested on Sunday evening in Sihanoukville appears to have earned a reputation for offering more than a good polish.

Suspecting the man was a drug dealer, police surprised him as he attempted to make a sale.

After finding 20 packets of crystal meth in his bag, police arrested the blackguard of a boot-black and are preparing to send him to court.
